Though I love reporting and writing, most of my work is on the editing side. I’ve overseen publication of print and digital issues of magazines from conception to execution, collaborating closely with writers, photographers, designers, and developers. In addition to other digital content—enewsletters, blogs, social media, and more—I’ve edited and managed numerous additional projects, including interactive enterprise digital stories, written and photo features, and podcasts.
At NAFSA, I led the transition from bimonthly print issues to monthly digital issues, working with designers and developers to create a new digital home for International Educator. (See below for recent issues, or visit the archive.)
At World Vision, I was an integral part of a similar project, though we moved from print only to a print-digital hybrid model.
